Anya and Andy are the proud owners of Ayetex. For us it’s all about real people then real estate – buying underperforming assets and turning them around so they can continue providing affordable housing opportunities for future generations which is why we created Ayetex.

Ayetex is a family centric, Texas based real estate investment company specializing in Single Family and Small Multifamily Properties. Since our inception in 2020 we have acquired a portfolio of over 140 residential homes in the central Texas region.

Ayetex focuses on helping the community and other causes that resonated with us, here are some of the programs we have been incredibly privileged to be involved with:

Section 8 – Low Income Housing
Section 8 Low Income Housing program, this helps members of the community who need a little extra assistance with safe, clean and affordable housing and help them up to a better life.

Salvation Army & Women’s Shelter
The Salvation Army & Women’s Shelter helps woman of domestic violence who fled their former life with little possessions to keep themselves and their children safe by offering safe and secure housing.

 
Oxford Housing

Oxford Housing provides accommodation to individuals rebuilding themselves from a life of former addition. The individuals are placed in a house with others who are recovering to help keep everyone accountable and on the road to recovery.
